General provisions
1.1. these rules (hereinafter – the “Rules”) are a contract between the Buyer and the Seller “rednecks.lt”), the conclusion and familiarization with the Rules of which the Buyer confirms during registration.
1.2. These Rules determine the rights and obligations of the parties, the terms of purchase and payment for rednecks.lt goods, the responsibilities of the parties and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods on the “rednecks.lt” website.
1.3. Following individuals have the right o purchase at rednecks.lt:
1.3.1. able-bodied natural persons (adults) whose capacity is not limited by court order;
1.3.2. minors between the ages of 14 and 18, who have the consent of their parents or guardians, except in cases where said minors dispose of their income independently;
1.3.3. legal entities;
1.3.4. authorized representatives of all the above persons.
1.4. When the buyer purchases goods on the website rednecks.lt, he is guided by the 2001 regulation of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania. August 17 order no. 258 “Dėl daiktų pardavimo ir paslaugų teikimo, kai sutartys sudaromos naudojant ryšio priemones, taisyklių patvirtinimo” and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.5. rednecks.lt reserves the right to change or supplement the Rules at any time, therefore, before each purchase, the Buyer must re-confirm familiarity with the Rules, as specified in Clause 1.1 of the Rules.
Protection of personal data
2.1. rednecks.lt does not transfer (except for the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania) the Buyer’s personal data to any third parties, with the exception of persons contributing to the execution of the sales contract, for whom this data is necessary for the successful execution of the contract.
Buyer’s rights and obligations
3.1. The buyer has the right to purchase goods according to the procedure established on the rednecks.lt website, after consistently completing the following steps:
3.1.1. choose the desired product or service from those offered on the website;
3.1.2. review all relevant information and terms;
3.1.3. after clicking “checkout”, you need to enter the e-mail address to which all information related to the order, buyer and delivery information will be sent, choose the right delivery method for you, and after familiarizing yourself with these Rules, the buyer is directed to the payment page, where you need to choose a bank from to whose account the transfer will be made (using the e-banking system). Products can be purchased without registration or after registration. In this case, you will no longer need to re-enter all data during the next purchase;
3.1.4. confirm the payment that will be generated by the e-banking system used by the buyer.
3.2. The buyer pays for the goods by paying for them in advance by bank transfer, using the electronic banking system or by delivering the goods by courier in cash. The Buyer is informed about the received payment for the goods by e-mail. by mail, which the Buyer specifies when filling out the information required for the purchase of goods on the website rednecks.lt
3.3. After registering on the rednecks.lt page, the Buyer undertakes not to transfer his login data to third parties. If the Buyer loses his login data, he must immediately notify rednecks.lt by means of communication specified in the “Contacts” section.
3.4. If the data provided in the registration form of the registered Buyer changes, he must update them immediately. rednecks.lt is not responsible for failure to fulfill its obligations, if these obligations are not fulfilled because the Buyer provided incorrect data in the registration form or in his order or did not update them in time.
3.5. The buyer has the right to refuse the purchased goods by informing rednecks.lt about this within 14 days from the day of delivery of the item (read more about this in the “Return” rules below);
3.6. The Buyer must cover the costs incurred by the Seller, i.e. transportation costs both ways when the Buyer cancels the order and the parcel is already with the courier.
3.7. The buyer must check the quantity and visual quality of the goods (whether the goods are physically damaged or not damaged during transportation) in the presence of the courier and has the right not to accept the goods. After notifying the Seller, to recover all costs.
Rights and obligations of rednecks.lt
4.1. If the Buyer tries to harm the stability and security of rednecks.lt’s work or violates his obligations, rednecks.lt has the right to immediately and without warning limit or suspend his ability to use the rednecks.lt website or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer’s registration.
4.2. In the event of important circumstances, rednecks.lt may temporarily or completely terminate the operation of the website without notifying the Buyer in advance.
4.3. rednecks.lt undertakes to enable the Buyer to use the services provided by the rednecks.lt website and to purchase goods under the conditions set out in these Rules and on the website.
Responsibility
5.1. The Seller is not responsible for the Buyer’s losses incurred as a result of the failed purchase, if this is not due to the Seller’s action or inaction.
5.2. The parties are exempted from liability for force majeure as provided by law.
Final Provisions
6.1. These Rules and any disputes arising from them are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
6.2. The parties agree to resolve disputes or misunderstandings through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached within 14 days, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
